* Provides a medical and social adult day program serving seniors in a comfortable home-like environment.
* Provides health care services:
- Case management and social work counseling.
- Health care monitoring and skilled nursing care.
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy.
- Hygiene, bathing and personal care.
- Nutrition and dietary counseling.
- Podiatry visits.
- Dental hygiene.
- Hearing evaluations .
- Lab and diagnostic studies.
- Mental health referrals.
- Transportation.
- Socialization.
* Provides recreational services:
- Recreation therapy: music, arts & crafts, gardening and more.
- Field trips and outings to the mall, museums, theater, etc.
- Visits from area school children.
- Group exercise and individualized weight training/walking programs.
- Religious and educational activities.
- Trips to the hair salon.
