* Provides Comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations for individuals who are in need of assessing their treatment needs.
* Operates Outpatient Services.
* Offers Medication Assisted Therapy to include Suboxone, and naloxone, additional options are available. M.A.T. assessment is available.
* Offers Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
* Facilates Education Therapy Program: educates those who have experienced problems in their life as a direct result of their alcohol/substance abuse.
* Provides Relapse Prevention Program.
* Offers Adolescent Outpatient Program.
* Offers Outpatient Peer Support Program.
* Provides Family Education/Support Program: support for those seeking information about substance use disorder and individual counseling.
* Offers several school base programs:
- School Based Prevention Program (SPORT) provided to K-12.
- Too Good for Violence (TGFV) for K-8 students.
- School Based Intervention Program (Adolescent).
* Offers Counseling services for substance use disorders to inmates at Cayuga County Jail.
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Eligibility varies with program.

Required Documentation: Proof of residency.
Fees: Medicaid. Third party insurance. Private pay. Sliding scale based on income.
