* Provides online services for individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, including the following:
  • ALZConnected®: Online community to share questions, experiences and practical tips via message boards or create private groups organized around specific topics.
  • Alzheimer’s Navigator®: Assessment tool evaluates needs, outlines action steps, and links the user to Alzheimer’s Association chapter programs and local services.
  • Alzheimer’s Association TrialMatch®: A clinical studies matching service that generates customized lists of studies based on information provided.
  • Community Resource Finder: A comprehensive database of local programs and services, housing and care options, and supports.
  • Live Well Online Resources: A collection of interactive tools to navigate the personal and emotional challenges accompanying an Alzheimer’s diagnosis.
  • Virtual Library: Search the online catalog, view resources chosen by experts, email a librarian questions, and learn how to borrow materials.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, St. Lawrence, Tioga, and Tompkins counties.
