* Provides comprehensive, long term case management and counseling services to young parents and their children. Services include:

  • Home visiting
  • Parenting education
  • Employment services
  • Education support
  • Peer support groups

Cultural Competency BadgeCultural Competency

Eligibility: Pregnant or parenting youth, male or female, ages 12-21 years old.

Application Process: Call the program supervisor or fill out referral form on the SPCC website. Referrals may also be made through Monroe County DHS, Preventive Unit if there is a risk of foster care placement.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.
