Eligibility: There must be a family or intimate/dating relationship and one party must reside in Ontario County.
Application Process: Family offense matters begin at Safe Harbors at 315-781-1093 or Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes at 315-789-2613. Child support matters go through Ontario County Support Collection Unit (SCU). All other issues come to Room 130 during business hours on a walk-in basis.
Required Documentation: Photo ID.
