  • Caregiver Family Advocacy and Support Services.
  • Planned Respite and Crisis Respite.

Eligibility: Birth to twenty one. Must be a Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, or Medicaid Family of One recipient. Must meet Level of Care requirements.
