Community Services

Funding is on hold for emergency shelter and financial aid until the agency's new fiscal year begins which is October 2024.

* Offers individual and family support services.
  • Adult, youth, and older adult programs.
* Provides emergency services as money is available for the following:
  • Emergency shelter.
  • Clothing vouchers.
  • Temporary financial aid.
* Offers a Friendly Visitor program for patients, home/community residents, and inmates.

* Offers a Telephone Reassurance Program.

* Provides a Summer camp and recreational activities for children, older adults.

Eligibility: Resident of area served.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Proof of Address/Income.

Fees: Fees vary by service. No one denied service due to inability to pay.

Coverage Note: Canandaigua, Farmington, Manchester and Shortsville.
