  • Cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Application Process: Must complete referral. Walk in, appointment, or call for information.

Required Documentation: Insurance Card and Photo ID.

Fees: Insurance and Private Pay.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Ontario and Wayne Counties.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff

Languages: Spanish - Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line, Website can be translated
