  • CarePath Coaching Program - runs every 90 days.
    • Individual and group options.
    • In person and virtual options.
    • 5 sessions in total.
  • Additional Groups
    • Self-Care Group for Youth and Students.
    • Self-Care and Wellness Group for Workforce.


Eligibility: Male in Wayne County.

United We Stand (UWS) supports community members on their journey of moving forward toward independence. Provide community members and providers with resources available throughout the community, and basic need items.
