Application Process: Call or walk in for appointment.

Required Documentation: Proof of address, ID of applicant and household members.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: City/Town of Geneva, Hall, Seneca Castle, Stanley, Oaks Corner and Penn Yann. Also serves Yates County.

Cultural Competency: Signage and advertising for diverse populations, Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion training for staff, Staff reflects population served

Languages: Spanish - Staff provides service in language offered, Staff provides in-person interpreter, Materials/literature in language indicated, Website can be translated
