Eligibility: Victim of crime, whether arrested or not.
Application Process: Law enforcement agencies, courts and human services agencies.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.

The Cayuga County District Attorney is responsible for prosecuting all violations of New York State law that occur within the county, including felonies, misdemeanors, violations and traffic offenses.
