RTS and Medical Taxi's and Cab Providers transport to our day program from Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, Yates and Seneca Counties.

* Provides a structured environment for individuals with brain injuries and disabilities to build life skills, engage in therapeutic and recreational activities, and reduce isolation through social connection. 

* Offers a Wildlife Rockstars Program that combines rehabilitation with wildlife education, giving members the opportunity to care for animal ambassadors and participate in community outreach, promoting conservation awareness while building confidence and real world skills. 


Cultural Competency BadgeCultural Competency

Eligibility: 18 years and older and can show proof of brain injury or chronic health/medical issues.

Application Process: Call or email for information.

Required Documentation: Documentation of disability; Other requirements to be discussed in personal meeting.

Fees: Medicaid. Private Pay.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Livingston, Seneca, Wayne and Yates Counties.
