Family Peer Support Services

* Provides support, advocacy, linkage, and referral services. Services are provided by a certified Family Peer Advocate, a provider with lived experience raising and caring for children with mental health conditions. Examples of services include:

  • School advocacy.
  • Basic needs referrals.
  • Emotional support.
  • Health and benefits systems navigation.

Eligibility: Parent or caretaker of a child age 5-21 with a mental health condition.

Application Process: Stand-alone referrals are accepted with written recommendation from licensed providers. Drop in, call, or email for application.
