* Assists victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and their children to attain a life free of violence.
  • Safe, temporary shelter, advocacy, safety planning assistance, supportive counseling, survivors support group, children’s group, and educational presentations.
     
  • Assistance applying for financial assistance to help with medical bills, lost wages, and counseling expenses related to the crime through the Victim Compensation Claims Assistance.
     
  • Helps victims navigate the legal system through Court Advocacy/Victim Assistance.

Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) serves individuals, families, and children through over 40 programs designed to alleviate hunger and homelessness, help domestic violence victims, prepare individuals for the workforce, provide early childhood development, improve health outcomes, and mitigate crisis.
