- Participants work with mentors to create long-term goals and a plan through coaching, maximizing potential, and enhancing or developing skills to achieve individual/family financial independence

Eligibility: 18 years or older, Monroe County Resident, US Citizen or Permanent Resident, be willing and able to work, household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline
