Eligibility: Monroe County families with school-age children exhibiting challenging behavior. Examples include family conflict, leaving home without permission, violating curfew, struggling in school, aggressive behavior, not following rules, stealing, trespassing, vandalism, gang involvement, sex trafficking, using drugs and alcohol, and school attendance concerns.

Application Process: Call anytime or drop in during office hours. Schools may submit a truancy referral. Police departments may initiate a referral for Differential Response.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Monroe County Office of Probation helps youth who are involved in the juvenile justice system. Services offered include, assessments, intake and diversion services, referrals to community programs and supports including family counseling, mental health treatment, substance abuse counseling, conflict resolution, and education services.
