Substance abuse support group SA 11:00AM-12:30PM (in person).

* Offers Reentry and substance abuse support groups.

* Provides Community development programs:
  • Free hygiene products.
  • Cultural awareness programs.
  • Social change advocacy.
  • Youth programs.
* Provides case management.
  •  Offers free NYS ID, Birth certificates, and Social Security Cards for participating clients.
* Offers Employment readiness programs.
 

Eligibility: Recently released from jail or prison; or struggling with substance use disorder. Resident of area served. 21 years and older.

Application Process: Call for information. For ID program must be a participant.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

 

The Reentry & Community Development Center works with those who are recently released from jail or prison and those with substance use disorders.
