* Helps families with children ages 0-17 who are returning from or are at imminent risk of placement in out-of-home care by offering a short-term intervention to these families meant to achieve stabilization.
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Cayuga County Department of Health and Human Services referrals.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Ontario, Cayuga, Oneida, and Albany Counties.
Cayuga Center helps children, families, and individuals to grow as independent, healthy and productive citizens through counseling, respite, and support services in partnership with those we serve as well as government agencies and other service providers.
