Application Process: Accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Finger Lakes Region. Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates Counties.
