* Performs personal care services and daily household tasks for those recuperating from acute illness or with long term disabilities. Services may include:

  • Bathing.
  • Assist with dressing. 
  • Cleaning of teeth or dentures.
  • Foot Care/Nail Care. (Clean & file only).
  • Toileting/ Incontinent Care: bedpan, commode, or toilet use.
  • Assist with household equipment.
  • Range of Motion Exercises.
  • Assist with meal preparation, specialized diets and nutritional support.

Eligibility: Seniors, the frail, elderly, ill and disabled residents.
