Care Management: M–F: 9:00AM. to 5:00PM.
Provides mental health care including:
- Mental health counseling
- Psychiatric care
- Substance use evaluation and treatment
- Treatment Adherence Counselors who can customize medication plans to fit each patient's lifestyle, provide follow-up visits and reminders via telephone, provide daily medication on site and home visits if necessary
- Support groups for people living with HIV to share experiences in a supportive, confidential environment and learn how to manage more effectively
