* Provides HIV, STI, and HCV prevention, access to health care, and other support services for high-risk youth ages 13-24 years old. Services include:
- HIV/STD testing, medical and treatment services
- Evidence -based prevention workshops, and individual sessions that help set individual sessions to help youth set individual prevention plans, referrals, and youth events.
- Free and confidential Peer to peer outreach
Eligibility: Age 13-24 years old who live in Monroe County, with a special focus on youth who are at risk for HIV, STIs, or HCV.
Application Process: By appointment or walk-in during office hours.
Required Documentation: None.
Fees: No fee for services.
