* Provides a Syringe Service program serving the Finger Lakes Region.
- Sterile syringes and works (caps, cottons, sterile water)
- Safer injection education
- Harm reduction counseling/education
- Delivery syringe services/ Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange
- Opioid Overdose Prevention training
- Free Narcan (Naloxone)
- Safe disposal of used or unwanted syringes
- Same day/24hr Suboxone or other MAT start
- Same day rapid testing for HIV/ Hepatitis C/ Syphilis
- Gonorrhea/ Chlamydia swab testing (not rapid)
- Hygiene supplies
- Syringe litter pickup
- Outreach and community engagement
* Offers linkages to other forms of care, including care management, medical care, substance use counseling and treatment, and other supportive services.

Application Process: Registration for syringe exchange required, walk-in only basis, Delivery services are available with at least 24 hours’ notice. for information.

Fees: No fee for services.
