Eligibility: Must reside in Wayne County. Early Head Start: Pregnant women and/or with children birth to age three. Head Start: Children from ages 3 to 5. Must meet income eligibility.

Required Documentation: Proof of income and child's birth certificate.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Palmyra, Newark, Lyons, Clyde, Huron and Sodus.
