* Offers a short term 18-bed medically supervised withdrawal and stabilization treatment home that serves youth and adults, ages 16 years and older who need direct access to substance use disorder support, resources, and programs as they work to recover and improve their mental health.
Eligibility: Age 16 or older.
Application Process: Call 585-295-6916 for pre-screening for all patients or contact LivingHopeAdmissions@villaofhope.org.
Required Documentation: Insurance Card and Photo ID; call for information.
Fees: Most medical insurance covers this level of care including Medicaid and no one can be turned away for inability to pay (some may need to be on a sliding scale fee according to income).
Coverage Note: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Seneca, and Wayne counties.
Villa of Hope offers Behavioral Health (mental health and substance use treatment), Care Coordination, Education, and Workforce Development programs to youth, adults and families.
