Integration Office: 24 hours.
- Information and assistance with referral to services, including 24/7 crisis management.
- Individual advocacy and support.
- Monthly support groups and family-focused social/recreational programs.
- Parent education groups, trauma-informed trainings, and family-oriented workshops.
- Provided in community locations including libraries, community recreation centers, and other family-friendly sites.
- Adoption competency training for parents and professionals.
- Will meet with families in the community, in their homes, and at Hillside locations.

Eligibility: Adoptive families and families who have legal guardianship of a child.

Required Documentation: Documentation of adoption or legal guardianship.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Allegany, Broome, Chemung, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Onondaga, Steuben, Tioga, and Wyoming counties.

Languages: Staff provides in-person interpreter, Language line, Materials/literature in language indicated
