Assistors will be conducting telephone enrollments and renewals through NY State of Health for all programs (Medicaid, Essential Plan, Child Health Plus and Qualified Health Plans) served on NY State of Health until further notice. Clients should plan on being contacted by phone at the scheduled appointment time by their Navigator. If anyone needs additional assistance or has questions about any particular applicant they should contact Cynthia Wagner on her office line at 328-5190 ext. 7562.

* Provides one on one assistance to individuals and families who would like to enroll in health insurance through the New York State of Health Marketplace.

* Offers enrollment assistance for those eligible for Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plans, and Qualified Health Plans.

Language Access

Eligibility: Resident of New York State and United States Citizen, National or lawfully present immigrant. Age 65 or younger.
