* Provides temporary emergency shleter for individuals experiencing homelessness.

  • Includes bassic necessities such as a bed, meals clothing and access to showers, and restrooms
  • Department of Human Service Assistance
  • Access to case management and programming

* Offers transportation assistance to current guests of the shelter to appointments such as: job interviews, medical appointments, social services agencies. This assistance could be in the form of bus passes.

* Providing a warming center during Code Blue in Monroe County.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Adults agest 21 and over. For Tranportation be a current guest, and limited financial resources.

Application Process: Contact Mopnroe County Department of Human Services for traditional placement. Call HOM directly during Code Blue to see if there are beds available. For transportation may need to demonstrate limited financial resources.

Required Documentation: For transportation, proof of appointment. None for other services.

Fees: No fee for services. Free RTS transportation to Warming Centers. Call for Transportation program.
