* Provides rental assistance for families of 2 or more and people in shelters. Provides back rent or first months rent. Also provides security deposit only if you have an eviction or health/safety violations.
Eligibility: Resident of area served.
Application Process: Call or walk in for an appointment. Prefer appointments.
Required Documentation: Verification of need. Proof of residence. Identification for all household members. Proof of income. Proof of expenses.
Fees: No fee for services.
