* Assists with restitution, compensation claims, notification of important court dates, update or status or charges, referrals for counseling.

Eligibility: Victim of crime, whether arrested or not.

Application Process: Law enforcement agencies, courts and human services agencies.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga County.

 

The Cayuga County District Attorney is responsible for prosecuting all violations of New York State law that occur within the county, including felonies, misdemeanors, violations and traffic offenses.
