* Provides a residential health care facility, providing long-term care for individuals with complex health conditions.

* Provides long term care for pediatric and young adults with congenital defects, chronic illness or head/spinal cord trauma.

* Provides care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

* Offers a short-term rehabilitation program, providing individualized care and treatment to people who have disabling conditions as a result of an injury or illness. Treatment is provided by a team of specialists that are involved in:

  • Medicine.
  • Neuropsychology.
  • Physical therapy.
  • Occupation therapy.
  • Speech and language pathology.
  • Social work.
  • Audiology.
  • Nutrition.

* Provides hospice care services.

* Volunteer opportunities.
