* Offers workshop facilities in Webster and City of Rochester.

* Provides transportation to work sites provided by agency.

Eligibility: Ages 18 years or over. Developmentally, physically, or mentally disabled. Additional requirements.

Fees: Medicaid. Token transportation fee.

Support services for people that are developmentally disabled including residential services, day habilitation, children's services, Medicaid service coordination, community habilitation, supported employment, and sheltered employment.
