* Provides a one to two-year paid internship earning a high school diploma and a Certificate of Completion signed by State of New York attesting the student has had competency training.
* Offers opportunity to visit healthcare institutions such as Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and New York Presbyterian Healthcare System.
* Helps participants become eligible for entry-level positions, such as:
