* Provides breast and cervical cancer screening.
  • Screening mammograms.
  • Pap tests, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams.
* Provides colorectal cancer screening.

* Provides enrollment for Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program for eligible individuals.

Eligibility: Uninsured, underinsured. Screening mammograms, clinical breast exams, pap tests, pelvic exams: Women, ages 40 years to 64 years. Fecal occult blood exams. Men and women ages 45 years to 64 years, average risk for colorectal cancer. Screening colonoscopy: Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer.

Coverage Note: Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates Counties.

 

Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes provides cancer screenings at no cost for eligible individuals.
