* Administers a special Medicaid program that provides coverage for cancer related treatment.

Eligibility: Diagnosed with breast, cervical, colorectal, or prostate cancer. In some cases have pre-cancerous conditions of these cancers. Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties.

 

The Cancer Services Program (CSP) provides breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings at no cost to individuals.
