* Supports health and human service nonprofits in a six-county region by providing operational and program support. Conducts fundrainsing opportunities. 

* Provides leadership development and opportunities for minority communities and young professionals.

* Serves as a collaborator and convenor to address the community's most pressing social issues. Partners with Community Organizations to improve human service program coordination and delivery.

* Host the Volunteer United platform at:https://unitedwayrocfls.galaxydigital.com/ that connects local agencies with volunteers and in-kind donations. 

* Administers four annual signature volunteerism events: Day of Caring every May, School Supply Drive, Multicultural Book Drive, and United for the Holidays.

* Provides the ALICE Experience, a guided activity to learn about the tough decisions made by working families struggling to make ends meet and how local non-profits help.
