* Provides community based educational workshops and seminars on various mental health related topics, offers transitional support to adults hospitalized on inpatient psychiatric units in Monroe County.
* Offers resource navigation services and provides Self-Help Drop-in Center.
* Hosts Monroe County Partners for Suicide Prevention Coalition.
Eligibility: 18 or older.
