Eligibility: Veteran of one of the US Armed Forces. Honorably discharged. Veterans of allied countries may be treated if care is authorized by said countries.

Application Process: Veterans may apply in person or by mail-in application. At the time of application, veteran should provide evidence of eligibility as an honorably discharged member of the armed forces by bringing a copy of DD-214 or military discharge papers.

Fees: Call for current information. Based on income and net worth levels.

Coverage Note: Western New York State including Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, Steuben, Chemung, Schuyler, Seneca, Yates, and Livingston Counties, as well as Tioga, Potter, and Allegany counties in Pennsylvania. Buffalo VAMC covers Orleans County.
