* Provides short term emergency housing/shelter and case management for homeless families with children (up to 18 years old).
  • Six families may be accommodated at scattered-site apartments. 
  • Adults must engage in housing search or job search and follow guidelines of the program.

Eligibility: Call for information.

Application Process: Pre-screening is done over the phone. Intake arranged with family if qualified.

Required Documentation: Paystubs or income verification, if working.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

Languages: Spanish. - Staff provides service in language offered, Staff provides in-person interpreter, Materials/literature in language indicated, Website can be translated
