* Provides crisis support services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Monroe County. Services include:

  • Behavioral assessment
  • Behavior plan development
  • Short-term case management
  • Parent, school team, and staff training
  • Links to needed services

* Offers services in the home, residence, school, or day program.

Application Process: Referrals can be made by families, medical or mental health providers, or developmental disability service providers. Call for more information.
