* Provides comprehensive services tailored to meet the needs of individuals living with mental and behavioral health illness, and/or substance use disorder, through individual/group services, mental health counseling, medication management, job coaching, to achieve independence and assist people with meeting their life goals.

Application Process: Call for first appointment. 24 hour crisis intervention available.

The agency is committed to working for the rehabilitation and empowerment of its consumers by providing continuing day treatment and outpatient mental health services.
