  • Speech
  • Social Work
  • Nutrition
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physical Therapy
  • Special Medical Assessment

Eligibility: Individuals with developmental disabilities and general population.

Fees: Third Party Insurance. Sliding scale based on income.

Coverage Note: Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wayne Counties.
