- Free testing for HIV, STD's, and Hepatitis C
- Assists individuals living with HIV & Hepatitis C in developing a care plan for when they transition back to community

ACR Health is a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing case management, HIV/HCV/STI testing, prevention education, linkage to care, harm reduction services, insurance navigators, and a variety of support services to a wide range of chronic diseases, including focus areas related to insurance, testing, substance use, and HIV, with the goal of positive health outcomes for individuals and communities.
