* Provides customized services to businesses and job seekers at little-to-no cost, preparing a skilled workforce and connecting them with opportunities. 

* Provides customized career guidance and planning. Services include: 
  • Teach how to manage job searches. 
  • Provide individualized training grants to in-demand careers. 
  • Connect to hiring employers and new job openings. 
  • Provide skill assessment and skill development programs. 
  • Refer to community resources and programs. 
  • Provide access to tools in the resource room. 
  • Offers workshops free of charge.
