* Offers services that combines evaluations, preschool education, therapy services, and autism support for child from birth to five years of age.

  • Early Intervention/Preschool Services Include:
    • Universal Pre-Kindergarten.
    • Early Intervention Education and therapy services.
    • Integrated Preschool Classes.
    • Daycare.
    • Evaluation Services.

* Offers school age services to help ensure that children and young adults with developmental disabilities have ample opportunities to achieve their goals.

  • School-Age Services include:

* Offers specialized services that help improve the quality of life of adults with disabilities. Services include:

  • Service Coordination for individuals with TBI.

  • Home and Community Support Services.
  • Independent Living Skills Training.
  • Community Integration Counseling.
  • Behavior Intervention Specialist.

* Offers Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver.

  • Services to individuals that have a qualifying disability that places them at risk for nursing home placement, including:
    • Structured Day Program.
    • Independent Living Skills Training.
    • Home and Community Based Services.
    • Service Coordination.

Residential services.

  • 42 income-based apartment units within 2 apartment complexes.
  • 8 unit Age In Place Apartment building.
  • 8 unit Transitional Housing: Assisting individuals to develop skills to transition to independent living.
  • Individual Residential Alternative Child/Adolescent Housing (OPWDD).

* Provides Autism Services of the Finger Lakes:

  • Diagnostic Evaluation Services.
  • Early Childhood Education Services.
