* Provides a Syringe Service program serving the Finger Lakes Region. 

  • Sterile syringes and works (caps, cottons, sterile water)
  • Safer injection education
  • Harm reduction counseling/education
  • Delivery syringe services/ Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange
  • Opioid Overdose Prevention training
  • Free Narcan (Naloxone)
  • Safe disposal of used or unwanted syringes
  • Same day/24hr Suboxone or other MAT start
  • Same day rapid testing for HIV/ Hepatitis C/ Syphilis
  • Gonorrhea/ Chlamydia swab testing (not rapid)
  • Hygiene supplies
  • Syringe litter pickup
  • Outreach and community engagement

* Offers linkages to other forms of care, including care management, medical care, substance use counseling and treatment, and other supportive services.

Eligibility: None.

Application Process: Registration for syringe exchange required, walk-in only basis, Delivery services are available with at least 24 hours’ notice. for information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Syringe Service Program - Monroe County. Mobile Syringe Service Program – Ontario County (Geneva & Canandaigua). Syringe Service Program – Ontario County (Geneva).
