* Offers a 12 bed co-ed outpatient residential program designed to provide short-term (21 days) 24 hour residential support to adult mental health consumers who are experiencing a situational crisis.
* Provides respite services for those who require a brief time away from their current community based living setting.

Language Access
Eligibility: Must be referred by inpatient hospital care. Serious persistent mental illness. Age 18 or older. Individuals must be receiving mental health treatment in the community.

Fees: Sliding scale, Medicaid, Medicare. Fee may be waived according to need.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Wayne and Wyoming Counties.
