* Provides mobile crisis supports to adults in identified counties services include:

  • Immediate intervention, evaluation and stabilization
  • Case consultation with other agency care providers
  • Liaison with health providers including local mental health
  • Community education
  • Family support

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Age 18 or older.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Livingston, Wayne, Wyoming, Genesee and Orleans Counties.
