* Provides warm coats for school aged children who don't have coats and for children younger than school age in crisis.
Eligibility: 12 years of age and younger. Children's sizes newborn to size 14.
Application Process: Can only receive coats from program through appropriate agencies (case managers).
Required Documentation: Proof of address. Caseworker must bring identification and proof of agency affiliation.
Fees: No fee for services.
