* Provides assistance to Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers to receive respite funds from their county’s area agency on aging, available through a grant to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Eligibility: Caregivers must meet the eligibility requirements of their county’s respite program.

Application Process: Contact local county's Office for the Aging.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, St. Lawrence, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties.
